Ceviche del Dia –Fresh seafood marinated in citrus juices
Flautas- Shredded chicken rolled in crispy corn tortillas with a salsa avacate
Chilaquiles –Chicken, tortilla strips, sour cream and cheese baked until bubbly topped with a ranchero sauce
Ensalada verde- Organic arugala with jicama shaved red onions, pumpkin seeds, crispy chorizo and queso fresco dressed in a hibiscus vinagrette
Tacos de Pescado-Grilled fish served in crispy corn tortillas with a mango salsa and chipotle aioli
Main Course
Salmon- Glazed with coriander honey lime and served over baby spinach
Pollo Fajitas- Grilled chicken breast served with roasted onions and peppers with an avocate sauce
Camarones- Garlic chipotle shrimp sautéed with cherry tomatoes cactus leaf and shallots with lime and cilantro
